Snap Kitchen
Chief Executive Officer
Operating CEO in consumer health & wellness.
Mitchell has spent 15 years building and scaling consumer health and wellness brands. The through-line has been his work from the operator’s chair across the core value-creation levers: channel expansion, unit-economics repair, leadership rebuilds, supply-chain redesign, and board and investor work.
Most recently, he was CEO of Snap Kitchen from October 2023 through August 2026. The vertically integrated prepared-food company included 10 Texas retail stores, distribution in 40+ Whole Foods Market locations, a DTC subscription, and a 30,000-square-foot owned manufacturing facility. During his tenure, the business delivered back-to-back double-digit growth, improved the EBITDA trajectory, and led a strategic-alternatives process.
Before that, Mitchell served as Chief Marketing Officer and then Global General Manager of F45 Training from 2017 through May 2023. He helped guide the business through its $1.4 billion NYSE IPO as the network scaled past 2,000 studios and 3,600 franchises sold across more than 60 countries.
He started as a founder, co-founding The Chill Group and building the functional ready-to-drink beverage brand from formulation through acquisition. That experience continues to shape his operating approach: pairing brand building and demand generation with rigorous unit economics and modern, AI-enabled operating infrastructure.
